In a earlier blog, I mentioned I was invited to go back along and help take photos of the Walk for Parkinson’s Mote Park event for 2026.
Parkinson’s UK are a charity that are working to help people affected, raise money for research and hopefully get closer to finding a cure. It was my pleasure to help the charity with their work, taking the photos and help raising awareness.
Armed with my Sony and Canon DSLR cameras I spent the day taking photos of the event, trying to capture the moments and the achievements of the participants.
I provided them with a selection of photos and received a very nice email and comments back:
“Thank you so much for sending these over – they are absolutely perfect! The images you captured are fantastic and really bring the event to life. They will help us promote the event in future years, while also celebrating the success and special moments of this year’s event. Thank you once again for helping make the day so special. We truly couldn’t do it without supporters like you.”
When receiving comments back, like these, it makes me feel happy, and it would be a pleasure to work with them again.
